Carolina Beverage Group Expands Footprint With Big Industrial Lease In Mooresville

Carolina Beverage Group is expanding its footprint at North Charlotte Commerce Center in Mooresville, multiple sources told the Charlotte Business Journal.

The company will now fully occupy an industrial building of over 723,000 square feet at 142 Serviceberry Way. Carolina Beverage Group previously leased around 387,200 square feet there but has now taken the full building. The contract beverage manufacturer lists the Serviceberry Way facility on its website as a warehouse operation.

North Charlotte Commerce Center was developed by Link Logistics in partnership with Strategic Real Estate Partners. Link declined to comment on the Carolina Beverage Group transaction when reached by CBJ. Strategic Real Estate’s website states the 142 Serviceberry Way building is 723,533 square feet and was delivered in May 2024.
