The Development Council is a forum to convene local developers, contractors, and industry partners to share insights, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships that form the foundation of Iredell County. For this meeting we will journey through the entitlement process with guidance from the experienced professionals from the City of Statesville, Town of Mooresville, and Iredell County.  They will help provide you with a comprehensive checklist as well as realistic timelines for projects before we open the floor for you to share your experiences as well as ask the questions that will help you be successful in your efforts.
