The Development Council is a forum to convene local developers, contractors, and industry partners to share insights, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships that form the foundation of Iredell County. For this meeting we will bring together leading developers and industrial brokers active in Iredell County for a discussion on the current industrial development landscape and what’s ahead for 2027. Panelists will share updates on their local projects, perspectives on Iredell County’s position in their 2027 development strategies, anticipated investments and opportunities, and any successes or challenges they have experienced locally in 2026.
