Please join us on February 27 at the state-of-the-art facility of NASCAR Technical Institute, 220 Byers Creek Road, Mooresville, North Carolina for the EDC’s first Industry Leaders Council (ILC) for 2025.
NASCAR Technical Institute is one of 16 campuses in 9 states for parent company Universal Technical Institute, Inc. Universal Technical Institute offers a wide range of transportation and skilled trades technical training programs. The Mooresville Campus offers programs such Automotive Technology, CNC Machining Technology, HVACR, Robotics & Automation, and Welding. Students who complete the Automotive program are eligible to enroll in the NASCAR Technology Advanced Training program which is the only program in the country that is endorsed by NASCAR. As a part of our program, we will treat you to a tour of the NASCAR Tech facility including a peek inside their labs to see how their students are taught.
We are extremely excited to have a presentation on the outlook of manufacturing for 2025 and beyond from federal, state, and local experts including Jim Marshall, President and CEO of blueharbor bank. blueharbor bank is celebrated as one of the Top-Performing Community Banks in NC and ranks in the Top 200 nationwide. As a member of the North Carolina Bankers Association, Mr. Marshall will share his considerable insights into the future of our local economy.
We will conclude the morning with a networking lunch provided by NASCAR Tech.
