After a presentation from Roush-Yates Manufacturing Solutions and a tour of their state-of-the art facility, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance will present the results from their 2024 Charlotte Regional Manufacturing Labor Survey. The results from this survey include data regarding the demand for skilled labor, talent shortages, skills gaps, and wage trends as well as aging workforce and retirement trends. This survey continually provides valuable insights into the labor market dynamics within Iredell County and the region.
