Iredell County is pleased to announce the promotion of Rodney Harris from Assistant County Manager to Deputy County Manager, effective immediately. Harris has served as Assistant County Manager since April 2024 and brings a wealth of experience in public administration and county finance to his new role.

Harris started his local government career with Mecklenburg County as an enterprise management analyst before being promoted to director of business and financial management and procurement manager.
