Iredell EDC’s CEO Appointed to The North Carolina Economic Development Association’s Board of Directors for A Three-Year Term
The North Carolina Economic Development Association (NCEDA) announced the appointment of Jennifer Bosser, CEcD, to its Board of Directors. Ms. Bosser will serve a three-year term from 2025 to 2028. Her appointment was officially announced at the NCEDA Annual Conference held in Wilmington, NC, on June 11-13, 2025. NCEDA serves as the voice for North Carolina’s economic development community, providing professional development, networking opportunities, and advocacy to secure the state’s economic future.
Ms. Bosser joins a distinguished Board with members from across the state of North Carolina representing local, regional, and state-level economic developers, and professionals from allied fields. Ms. Bosser, who currently serves as the President & CEO of Iredell County Economic Development Corporation has been a member of NCEDA for 15 years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the NCEDA Board. She will be joined by fellow incoming board members Leigh Cockram of Rockingham County Economic Development and Marvin Price of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.
The event also included Board Member Recognition and the Passing of the Gavel from outgoing NCEDA President Gary Lanier, Ed.D. of Columbus County Economic Development, to incoming President Brittany Jones Brady of Henderson County Partnership for Economic Development. Other newly appointed Executive Committee leadership includes Andre Lennon of ESP Associates as Vice President and Clark Duncan of the Economic Development Coalition for Asheville-Buncombe County with the Asheville Chamber as Secretary/Treasurer. Also recognized for her leadership was Past President Joanna Helms of Apex Economic Development.
