Jeff Cernuto Named Superlative Volunteer

On January 20, 2026, Jeff Cernuto of Princeton Communities was recognized with the Superlative Award at ULI Charlotte’s Advisory Board Meeting. Jeff serves as Chair of Mission Advancement and led the 2026 Annual Sponsorship Campaign, which surpassed last year’s results.
