Southern Distilling Company Is Named the American Distilling Institute’s Distillery Of The Year
Since 2008 American Distilling Institute has given out an award for “Distillery of the Year”. This awards is affectionately known as the Bubble Cap (a bubble cap is a part a most stills).
This award is given to distilleries that have raised the bar of the craft distilling industry, through making world class spirits, making changes to legislation that positively affect the industry, and are examples for the industry to follow.
Southern Distilling Company has been named the American Distilling Institute’s Distillery of the Year.
