Collett & Associates, LLC Announces Plans For 200,000 SF Class A Industrial Development In Statesville
Statesville – February 3, 2025 – Collett & Associates, LLC (aka CI Statesville, LLC) plans to invest $16 Million to build a 200,000 SF, Class A, speculative industrial building on a 21 Acre parcel at the end of International Drive in Statesville, NC. The project, Crossroads Commerce Center, is located at the Southeast corner of the I77 and I40 Interchange and will be visible from the Interstate. The developer also plans to invest an additional $1 Million to upgrade International Drive to the City Standard and extend a water main to the site. Time to market is critical to the decision-making process to lease or purchase a site or facility; having available product will aid in securing investment, jobs and will accelerate the timeline and mitigate risk associated with a site. Availability of shovel ready sites or available buildings are attractive to companies looking to expand within or into the market by diminishing the risk of delays in the development process.
This development provides the City of Statesville with an addition of 200,000 SF of Class A industrial product to support the expansion or recruitment of industry, resulting in new capital investment and the creation of jobs.
