German Company Weinig Holz-Her USA Signs on at Statesville Industrial Park

A German company has signed on for a significant amount of space at a Statesville industrial park.

Weinig Holz-Her USA, which makes wood and panel processing technology and equipment, has signed a lease to occupy 149,110 square feet at Statesville Commerce Center. The company has an existing location in Mooresville and is the U.S. arm of Germany-based Weinig Group. It is unclear how many employees the company will have at the Statesville location.
