Iredell County Commissioners Approve Bond For New High School

Commissioners unanimously approved a $123 million bond to build a new high school in Iredell County. Voters approved the money for Weathers Creek High School to be built on Overcash Road in Troutman in 2020. The first phase includes the construction of the school and grading for the athletic fields and is projected to take two and a half years to complete.
