Iredell EDC Launches Their Development Council
Iredell EDC recently hosted local developers, contractors, and industry partners for their first Development Council at On the Nines Neighborhood Bistro in Mooresville.
Craig Goodson, Director of Economic Development, and Evan Day, Research Analyst, shared an overview of development projects in Iredell County including current trends, Iredell EDC’s product pipeline map overview, and the state’s real estate report as well as one of the newly released drone videos Iredell EDC has produced to highlight the exceptional product available in Iredell County.
The Development Council was created to provide a forum for this unique group to share insights, exchange ideas, and strengthen the relationships that form the foundation of Iredell County. While this is the first time Iredell EDC has convened this group, the model is very similar to their Industry Leaders Council, which is open to business and industry leaders to freely share the trends and developments that impact their businesses and ability to grow successfully in Iredell County.
Both the Development Council and the Industry Leaders Council are just two of the programs Iredell EDC has established to help promote Iredell County as the best place for business, life, and location.
