Charlotte Regional Alliance Releases Their Q1 2025 Growth Report

In the first quarter of 2025, the Charlotte Region saw 13% year-over-year growth in capital investment.  The region also saw a surge in industrial investment, with 1.8 million square feet of new space primarily dedicated to manufacturing.

Iredell County had 3 of the 11 announcements in the region during the first quarter, with two new and expanding projects and a new speculative industrial development.
