Iredell Urgent Care – Troutman to Open January 2027
Between 2000 and 2023, the town of Troutman’s population grew 122.6%. Today, the town has the same number of urgent cares to serve this rapidly growing Charlotte suburb — none. Iredell Health will soon fill this unmet need with the opening of Iredell Urgent Care – Troutman.
“We recognize that, as Troutman grows, the healthcare needs of the community grow right alongside it,” said John Green, Iredell Health President & CEO. “We started by expanding access through Family Care Center of Troutman at the beginning of 2026. The new urgent care will be the first and only urgent care in Troutman, helping meet a significant need for local patients and families.”
Iredell Urgent Care – Troutman will be conveniently located at 285 North Main Street and will offer onsite x-ray and laboratory services for urgent care patients. Online appointment scheduling will be available, with walk-ins always welcome. The clinic will be open daily from 7am-7pm, including holidays and weekends. Patients who need to visit an urgent care facility outside these hours can visit Iredell Urgent Care – Statesville, which is open 7am-11pm, or Iredell Urgent Care – Mooresville, open 24 hours.
The location is anticipated to open in early January 2027.
