January 2024 Real Estate Market Report

The 2024 Charlotte Region’s real estate market is slowly showing signs of adjustment, with new home listings having increased by 10%, compared to January 2023. The average sales price is up by 7.3% as compared to the same time last year, which shows a continuing steady price increase. The months’ supply of inventory is still only at around 1.5 months supply.
