The event celebrated the completion of 585,880 square feet of premium industrial space, of which an impressive 70% of the building is occupied and operational.

This $51 million venture has emerged as a key destination for industry leaders such as Art Guild of Philadelphia and NanoXplore, while also setting a new standard for innovative, state-of-the-art facilities at the crossroads of Interstates 77 and 40. “The product brings the projects,” said Commissioner Melissa Neader, “What I’m seeing here is living wages and the heart of these projects are the people coordinating, building and recruiting in Iredell County.”
