Northpoint Development, a real estate development firm, is developing approximately 400 acres located at the northeast intersection of Interstates I-77 and I-40, north of Statesville, North Carolina. 

• The finished development will comprise of over 3.2 million square feet of industrial facilities.
• Approximately $215 Million in capital investment.
• The city of Statesville approved a grant towards public infrastructure for up to $4.7 million based on the developer making the full public infrastructure improvements of $9.3 million.
