Statesville Logistics Center Plans Industrial Development at Northwest Gateway at Exit 54 on Highway 77

TPA Group, an Atlanta-based real estate development firm, is developing approximately 185 areas at the northwest gateway at Exit 54 on Highway 77 and US Highway 21/Turnersburg Highway.

• The finished development will comprise of 1 million square feet of industrial facilities with the potential expansion of up to 1.4 million square feet.
• Approximately $75 million in capital investment.
• The city of Statesville approved a grant towards public infrastructure for up to $986,040 based on the developer making $3 – $5 million in public infrastructure improvements and the certification of occupancy for a new industrial product.
