While the region’s residential housing market remains a seller’s market, real estate professionals are beginning to see signs of balance. Key highlights include:

• New listings: 4,481, a 7.2% increase from October 2023.
• Average sales price: $492,068, reflecting a 5.7% year-over-year increase.
• Closed sales: 3,352, up 1.7% compared to the same period last year.
