You are invited  to take a seat at our next Industry Leaders Council (ILC) to be held at Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina’s Career Center, 124 Fourth Crescent Pl, Statesville, NC 28625, June 4th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Our presentation will feature members of the Iredell County Commission as well as Beth Milton, Iredell County Manager. This dynamic panel will discuss the current economic outlook, insights into the local economy including trends and forecasts, and share strategic priorities for the future. The discussion will conclude with a Q & A session.

Additionally, we will tour the Goodwill Career Center’s state-of-the-art facility where we will be introduced to the extensive free and personalized services Goodwill offers to job seekers in our community, including skills assessment, career coaching, access to computers, assistance with interviewing skills and resume-writing, and job placement services. Their career services also include skills training classes in partnership with community colleges and programs for veterans, youth, people with disabilities, and displaced professionals. Finally, we will provide a networking lunch and time for attendees to connect and discuss successes, challenges, and opportunities impacting their industries.
