Charlotte Industrial Market Report Q4 2023

Colliers recently released their Charlotte Industrial Market Report 23Q4.   Blanton Hamilton, Research Analyst, concludes, “The Charlotte industrial market concluded the year with another strong quarter of leasing activity. Ongoing tenant demand along with sustained confidence from investors and developers puts the market in a favorable position to maintain positive momentum heading into 2024.”

Similarly, Iredell County ended 2023 strong with 1,000,000 SF delivered in 2023 as well as more than 2,700,000 SF of industrial space under construction going into 2024.  Iredell County currently accounts for a total inventory of industrial space exceeding 35,000,000 SF.
