A three-building industrial property in Iredell County recently traded hands for $15 million.
An entity affiliated with Quantum Machinery Group purchased the 153,000-square-foot property at 177 Houston Road in Troutman on June 16.
Solano Capital Group LLC is listed as the buyer on the property’s deed of sale. Alberto and Nicole Lansquenet Solano are listed as company officials of Solano Capital Group, according to North Carolina Secretary of State filings.

Quantum Machinery Group is a U.S. supplier of metalworking machinery and precision welding tables. Its Mooresville location is at 156 Exmore Road.
PSM Enterprises LLC and Bevan Drive Holdings LLC sold the Troutman property. It had been purchased for about $2.35 million in May 2011. PSM Enterprises was dissolved in 2025. Kelly Moore of Cape Coral, Florida, is listed as the president and manager of Bevan Drive Holdings.
Florida-based SouthState Bank provided financing for the recent acquisition.
The Troutman property’s three buildings sit on 13.6 acres. They span 12,000, 54,000 and 87,000 square feet. The site has 20- to 27-foot clear heights and 120 trailer parking spaces.
The sale is one of two notable industrial deals in Troutman this month. Troutman Town Council on June 11 approved a sale agreement for a 145,244-square-foot building at 250 Old Murdock Road to Vicci Inc.
